Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

This technical bulletin is a suggested door latch and door latch cable change for the side entry door on all Horton vehicles built between February 2016 to May 2018 that use TriMark paddle style door handles. During testing it was noted that the latch design for the side entry door latch could add a small amount of side loading to the door cable at the door latch connection point if the door latches are loose or out of adjustment, creating the possibility of premature door cable failure.

Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
