Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

It has come to our attention that in certain scenarios the refrigerator cabinet in 2020-2021 19â Caravel or 19' Bambi travel trailer, the refrigerator cabinet has come loose from the interior aluminum wall. Through our investigation we have determined that the correct number of fasteners were not installed. An inspection will need to occur to ensure the cabinet is secured to the wall with the correct number of fasteners.

It has come to Dexterâs attention that axles using the Nev-R-Lube bearing package have had on occasion electric brakes locking up when coming out of a complete stop. This brake lock up may be due to the hub-drum having an out of round condition. If the travel trailer was manufactured between January and May of 2021, and is experiencing a brake lock-up condition.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
