Before replacing this part due to Engine Light On with P1CEA (Boost Side EVAP Purge System Performance), check for: 1) Improperly connected or kinked/pinched Purge Hoses at the Ejector Tees on the Air Box or Duct. 2) Improperly connected or kinked/pinched Purge Hose at the Purge Solenoid or OBD Valve. 3) Improperly connected or kinked/pinched Purge Hose at the Intake. 4) Check for the correct Purge Hoses installation.

CANISTER Vapor -If an issue is detected with the Evaporative System Integrity Module (ESIM) Detector and not the Vapor Canister, only replace the ESIM Detector. -Before replacing the Vapor Canister due to Hard to Fill condition, replicate the condition at the Gas Station. If the condition is replicated, then check: 1) for kinked or pinched Clean Air Hose between the ESIM and the EVAP Air Filter; 2) for plugged EVAP Air Filter; 3) for kinked or pinched Vapor Hose between the Fuel Tank and the Vapor Canister. If the EVAP Filter is restricted, the replace the Filter. -Check if the Vapor Canister is flooded with fuel or the Recirculation Line has fuel. If fuel is found in the Vapor Canister or the Recirculation Line, then drop the Fuel Tank, remove the FDM Lock Ring to check if the internal Vapor Line is properly connected to the FDM Port. If the Vapor Line is not connected, then drain the fuel from the internal Vapor Line and properly connect to the FDM. Replace the Vapor Canister and the ESIM.

Transmission Kit with Torque Converter 1. All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

MODULE, Lane Departure Warning (Forward facing camera/half module) For vehicles w/ Driver Assistance features, prior to replacing the HALF module (forward-facing camera module) refer to STAR ONLINE S2008000001: During PDI inspection you may find the FCW Limited Functionality message displayed in the EVIC. Upon scanning the vehicle for DTC?s you may find: 1) B1006-49 HALF ECU - Internal electronic failure C141C-86 Video camera private CAN communication failure - Signal invalid C1999-86 Dataset failure - Signal invalid If you are unable to clear the combined three DTC's and the EVIC displays, "FCW LIMITED AVAIL", Perform a ?Restore Proxy Configuration? under Guided Diagnostics in the left hand column of WiTech 2. After performing this procedure, the DTC?s should go to ?Stored? and can then be cleared. The FFCM was flashed in transit on these vehicles and the Restore Proxy Config procedure was never performed. The Restore Proxy Configuration is needed to complete the flash process. 2) B1007-54 Camera - Missing Calibration If you are unable to calibrate the HALF Module, via the procedure in the service manual, please contact FCA Redacted Content.
