Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

The Hot Line Insulator Wash-Trailer (HLIW-T) tank lid should be open when filling the tank with water. If the tank lid is left closed while filling, pressure can build up in the tank forcing the lid to swing open possibly causing personal injury. Altec is providing two English placards warning of the pressurized lid condition. Place the placard on the lid in the locations shown on Figure 1.
