STEERING:GEAR BOX:MOUNTING BRACKET Recall

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Blue Arc BA4L-800 vehicles. The mounting fasteners may loosen or detach, causing the steering gearbox to bind.

Remedy: Shyft will replace the steering gearbox mounting bolts and washers, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2026. Owners may contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806. Shyft's number for this recall is 26-01.

PARKING BRAKE Recall

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Blue ARC BA4L-800 vehicles. The spacer for the brake caliper may be too big, resulting in an increased air gap.

Remedy: Shyft will replace the brake calipers, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 2025. Owners may contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806. Shyft's number for this recall is 25-17.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:TRACTION BATTERY Recall

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain Blue Arc BA4L-800 vehicles equipped with Aries LFP battery packs. The battery pack may be improperly sealed and allow liquid to enter the battery.

Remedy: Shyft will work with Our Next Energy to inspect and repair, or replace the battery packs as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 17, 2025. Owners may contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806. Shyft Group's number for this recall is 25-08.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS Recall

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Blue Arc BA4L-800 vehicles. The headlight horizontal adjustment stud is missing a cover, allowing for horizontal adjustment of the headlight beam. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Remedy: Dealers will install a cover over the horizontal adjustment studs, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 14, 2025. Owners may contact Blu Arc customer service at 800-237-7806, or email evsupport@bluearcev.com.
