Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) is triggered by the erroneous fault code 031BFC- AC charging,charging electronics 2, internal fault: No internal capacitor discharge stored in the CCU. However, AC charging is operating as designed without a charging concern or issue. Affected PHEV vehicles have the CCU-03 (7.4 kW / 11 kW) with I-levels from 24-07-500 to 25-11-5xx

RSU availability. It is possible the State of Health (SoH) of the high-voltage (HV) battery is displayed incorrectly to the customer. The value is continuously displayed as 100% regardless of the actual ageing of the HV battery.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
