Upon performing a vehicle read out, faultcode (CD0D16- Control unit light (BEL)(LIN): Wrong variant installed) is stored inthe BCP (Basic Central Platform). Note: Functionality of the exterior lights and switch is fully operational when fault code is present.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
