Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The BCP controls several vehicle functions, including the windscreen wipers and air conditioning actuators. Low current flow may cause excessive current in parts of the BCP circuit board and damage the unit. If a fault occurs, the wipers or air flap controls may operate incorrectly or fail. A wiper failure is indicated by a yellow warning light and the “Windscreen wiper fault” Check Control message.

The wheel bearing and the brake disc are not correctly aligned; are not concentric (circled). When applicable work is being performed, it is therefore difficult to remove the wheel bolts from, or fasten them into the wheel bearing hub.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
