Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions
Brinkley RV has determined that under certain conditions on the Model G, there is the potential for the rivets around the exterior fridge area to break due to vibration
Vehicle report
Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

WI-014-2025 (REV-E)
This is a revised version of a previously distributed instruction outlining sidewall repair instructions in the event there are cracks in the sidewall of a unit. This instruction has been shared with a limited number of dealer partners who have been trained on the specific fiberglass and associated repairs on Brinkley RV Model G and Model Z 3610.
WI 054-2025
Brinkley RV has determined that some Brinkley RV model G FWs equipped with a Rockford Fosgate audio system may, under certain circumstances, experience a buzz, or a hum sound thorough the speakers in one of the audio “zones” in the RV. This is typically caused by interference from light dimmer switches in the RV. Brinkley will pay to inspect, and if necessary install a Ground Loop Isolator in-line in the audio equipment to eliminate the interference.

CSC-2401
This is an update to a previously submitted document (part numbers changed): On certain Model G Fifth Wheels, under certain conditions, the water supply line to the ice maker may pull loose (or out), creating a water leak. The remedy for this condition is to replace the water supply line to the ice maker to minimize chances of future water leaks.
WI-019-2024
Brinkley RV has determined that under certain circumstances there can be minor water intrusion into the bedroom under the bedroom slide out. Brinkley RV has determined the bottom slide-out facia backer presses against the water tray below the slideout when the room is fully extended. This pressure can limit the water tray’s ability to dissipate the water as designed. Brinkley RV will, at no charge to the customer, pay to modify the bedroom slide-out fascia backer so it no longer adversely affects flow through the water tray.
CSC-2309
This is a re-launch of a previously issued Customer Satisfaction Campaign (CSC-2309). Campaign completion is currently over 73%, but we are re-sending notices to dealers and affected owners in an attempt to reach a higher completion rate.
WI-022-2025
Brinkley RV has determined that under certain conditions, the Pull-Out Pantry system may not function properly. The Pull-Out Pantry will not open correctly, and when extended may be bowed towards the floor. This document addresses the repair process to correct these concerns.
Water Intrusion Service
Brinkley RV has determined the bottom slide-out facia backer, in some cases, presses against the water tray below the slideout when the room is fully extended. This pressure can limit the water tray’s ability to dissipate the water as designed. Brinkley RV will, at no charge to the customer, pay to modify the bedroom slide-out facia backer so it no longer adversely affects flow through the water tray.

WI-G-0002-2024 Rev-A
In some cases, the columns of the 3 Seasons Patio Door may have a small gap where the columns meet the ceiling. This work instruction explains how to obtain and install a 3 Seasons Patio Door Trim Plate Kit to provide additional protection from insects and debris entering the garage area of your Brinkley RV.
CSC-2402
The max current threshold in the X4 Control Board has the potential to de-activate the subject circuit pre-maturely. The X4 Control Board is the electronic module that controls many of the RVâs systems (including awnings, leveling, slide-outs, lights, tank heaters, and others). The tank heater portion of the system is intended to cut out at 20Amp, but has been observed to cut out as low as 10-17A. In some instances, especially in colder conditions, it is possible that the tank heater circuit will shut off earlier than intended, and could potentially lead to the tank or icemaker line freezing. The remedy for this incorrect electrical setting is to install an in-line relay between the X4 board and the high current (HC) latch/tank pad and water line.
RI-2301
The attached document describes the repair process for Model G Slim Rack Bedroom Slides in the event there is water intrusion at the lower corner cups of the slide pans. This document is a repair instruction and NOT a Customer Satisfaction Campaign. We have had a low number of complaints pertaining to slide water intrusion at the bedroom slides. This document is communicated to dealers or mobile service technicians that are called upon to correct the leak and is supplied on an as needed basis. The repair contemplated by the instructions was incorporated into the unit design starting with VIN ending in 000368. As such, this document should have limited applicability to VINs ending in 000003 to 000367 and only applies to those with the leak condition present.
CSC-G-2308
Communications were made to both dealers and retail customers concerning a missed seal behind the rear awning on Model G units. Dealers were both emailed and supplied with the communication via the Brinkley RV Dealer Portal. Retail Customers were notified via: 1) our Brinkley RV Model G Owners Facebook page, 2) email correspondence, and 3) in a letter sent regular mail.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
