It has come to our attention that certain Model Z Fifth Wheels with the SlimRack+ bedroom and bunk room slides, may have wires that could inadvertently get caught in the slide mechanism. We believe new wire securement with proper cable routing will implement a best practice, improving the operation and quality of the associated slide and electrical system.

WI-064-2025
Instructions on how to identify and replace BAL leveling subcomponents. BAL changed the Exact Level touch screen and the main leveling controller to the Original LS touch screens and controller. The two leveling systems have a touch screen and a controller that are not cross compatible. Therefor it is necessary that both the touch screen and the controller are for the same system. If the controller and touchscreen are not paired accordingly the system will not function properly.

Model Z-Air Seals
As part of our ongoing pursuit of product improvement, we would like to address some recent seal concerns on our Model Z AIR Travel Trailers (entry doors, baggage doors, and front cap light lenses). This communication directs owners on the procedures for inspecting their units for possible leaks.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
