A SQUAWK TYPE NOISE MAY BE HEARD WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED. BULLETIN INVOLVES INSTALLING A REVISED BACK-UP PLATE ONTO THE BRAKE COMBINATION VALVE. THIS BULLETIN DOES NOT APPLY TO VALVES IDENTIFIED W/ A GREEN DOT, FOR THEY HAVE THE CURRENT BACK UP PLATE.

A CLUNK OR RATTLE MAY BE FELT IN THE STEERING WHEEL/COLUMN DURING SLOW TURNS AND STOPS. A NEW INTERMEDIATE SHAFT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED THAT ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR A STEERING COLUMN REPLACEMENT.

IF THE VEHICLE OPERATOR **REPEATEDLY** PRESSES AND RELEASES THE SET BUTTON WITH THEIR FOOT OFF OF THE ACCELERATOR (A 'LIFT FOOT SET' TO BEGIN SPEED CONTROL OPERATION), THE VEHICLE MAY ACCELERATE AND EXCEED THE DESIRED SET SPEED BY UP TO 5 MPH (8 KM/H) AND THEN DECELERATE TO LESS THAN THE DESIRED SET SPEED BEFORE FINALLY ACHIEVING THE DESIRED SET SPEED.
