If you have part numbers; 68507366, 68483780, 68384226 or 68384225, these parts do not utilize a replaceable gel pad, only replace the sensor for a missing or damaged gel pad. For part numbers 68298334, 68298468, 68607452 or 68194700 the gel pad should be replaced during all windshield replacements and can be ordered through MOPAR, complete sensor replacement is not necessary. Transmission Kit with Torque Converter 1. All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

Center Stack Lower Vehicle diagnostics have revealed DTC's B10EA & B10E9. If diagnostics lead to HVAC control head replacement, The 2013 part is no longer available. Update to a 2014 HVAC control unit (1TQ77DX9AJ). When using the newer control head, minor circuit modification is required. Follow the steps below; 1. Replace HVAC control with latest 2014 part number. (1TQ77DX9AJ or later version). 2. Replace the 2013 blower power module with a 2014 module (68081871AJ or later version). 3. Remove C229 circuit from Pin 1 of D3827A Blower Control C1 connector. (Pin 1 will no longer have a wire in that cavity). 4. Splice the C229 circuit to blower control circuit C56 in Pin 3 of D3827A connector. 5. Clear Faults and re-test.

Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Flash: BCM Enhancement, Fuel Gauge Slow To Update, Decklid Will Not Open This bulletin involves updating the software in the Body Control Module (BCM). The customer may experience one or both of the following conditions. The fuel gauge is slow to update. When the vehicle is first started the fuel gauge will read empty and then slowly move to the proper fuel level position. It may take a few minutes before it will read the proper fuel level. Vehicles that doesn't have keyless entry (manual door locks) will not be able to open the decklid latch when the ignition is in the off position. Updating the BCM software will correct these conditions.

Release Of New Engine Coolant Organic Additive Technology (OAT) Chrysler Corporation LLC. has released a new engine coolant for the 2013 model year vehicles and beyond, for all engine applications except the ones listed in the note above. This new coolant is an Organic Additive Technology (OAT) (Fig. 1). OAT coolants have a service interval of 10 years or 150,000 miles. For heavy duty truck and extreme duty cycle applications refer to the Service Information or Owner's Manual for proper maintenance schedules.
