Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

Letter to dealers for KSB-191007. This process describes the repair where under certain temperature conditions the Norco slide cable system gearbox may leak oil/grease on the slide roof membrane. The KSB describes how to install a drip pan to prevent damage to the roof membrane, and make repairs if necessary.

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

This is the repair instructions for advisory 19-350. It has been determined that certain Dutchmen Coleman models with Dometic Refrigerators installed in the slide out do not have a ventilation fan installed. The remedy is to install a ventilation fan.

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

Owner's letter for advisory 18-332, revision in advisory so that their unit is not included in campaign. It has been determined that 2019 Coleman models built with KIB monitor panels did not have the switch for the 120V function on the water heater.

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

This communication, which includes repair instructions, informs dealership service departments of advisory 18-329. It has been determined the vehicles subject to this service campaign may have been manufactured with the incorrect information on the Federal Identification Tag. The correction to the tags are as follows: Rim Size: 15X5J. This communication is the final Customer Notification for advisory 18-329 for the Aspen Trail and Coleman federal identification tag.
