Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

E-ONE has been contacted by Reyco Granning concerning the Independent Front Suspension (IFS) on your vehicle. Some IFS-FT units may have shock absorbers that experience excessive loading during road events that cause full extension of the shock absorber. This can result in damage to and possible failure of the shock absorber.

Front intake Storz adapter (E-ONE part number 572138) does not include an intake strainer compliant with NFPA 1901. E-ONE is replacing the complete adapter with strainer at no charge.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
