Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

E-ONE has been contacted by Reyco Granning concerning the Independent Front Suspension (IFS) on your vehicle. Some IFS-FT units may have shock absorbers that experience excessive loading during road events that cause full extension of the shock absorber. This can result in damage to and possible failure of the shock absorber.

During a routine truck delivery inspection a malfunction of the air flow restriction indicator light was detected. Our investigation determined that the malfunction was introduced in 2007 with the launch of the new ISSPRO gauge cluster. The new dash gauge cluster changed the requirement for air flow sensor signal from active high to active low. This malfunction went unnoticed until now due to our published air filter routine maintenance requirements and the air filter?s longevity. Revised units affected by year.

THE BRIGADE 360 CAMERA SYSTEM OFFERS A 360 DEGREE BIRDS EYE VIEW OF THE VEHICLE. THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF 4 CAMERAS LOCATED ON FRONT, LEFT, RIGHT AND REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE SYSTEM CAN ALSO BE EQUIPPED WITH AN MDR RECORDING DEVISE. THE IMAGES ARE STORED INTERNALLY IN THE DEVISE AND CAN BE RETRIEVED FOR EVALUATION. WHILE ALL CAMERA VIEWS ARE BEING RECORDED INDIVIDUALLY WHILE DRIVING, INDIVIDUAL CAMERA VIEWS ARE SELECTED BASED ON EVENTS. THE 360 DEGREE BIRDS EYE VIEW IS ONLY RECORDED WHILE THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY WITH THE PARK BRAKE APPLIED. THE BRIGADE 360 MDR CAN ALSO BE CONFIGURED TO RECORD ALL FOUR CAMERAS AT ALL TIMES, IGNORING ALL TRIGGERS. SINCE THIS RECORDING OPTION HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED TO BE OF VALUE WHEN INVESTIGATING INCIDENTS, E-ONE HAS DECIDED TO FACILITATE THIS OPTION TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE FIELD WITH BRIGADE 360 CAMERA SYSTEMS AND MDRS INSTALLED.
