SB 24-001
Battery reset instructions. Providing the customer with instructions should the Anthem fail to power on after being charged. This process requires no tools and takes less than 5 minutes.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
