Cascadia Rear Suspension Ride Height Update In an effort to clearly identify the AirLiner rear suspension ride height, and to align with future suspension offerings, the ride height data codes (see module 621) changed in SpecPro as of 3/11/21 for Cascadia models. This change does not affect the ride height of your spec, it clarifies the ride height within the data code. For example, if a customer uses a 40,000# AirLiner suspension today with the 621-007(AirLiner High Position Ride Height) that spec will be updated to use 621-118 (7.9" nominal ride height).

Revised Freightliner Service Bulletin for netized Fill Neck for Six-Gallon DEF Tanks. A design change removed the magnets from the fill necks for some 6-gallon diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tanks. If the vehicle is equipped with a non-magnetic fill neck 04-32529-000, it can be updated to a magnetic neck 04-32529-001. This bulletin replaces the version dated 04/18/2017. Updated availability of magnetic fill neck option for other diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank part numbers.

DTNA received a field notification on multiple units regarding diagnostic fault codes that were found to be causing issues to the After Treatment Control Module (ACM). These fault codes indicated that the ACM communication message was not received by the Motor Control Module (MCM) which in certain cases, led to a 25% engine de-rate situation. Further diagnosis revealed that the DT12 wiring harness was chafing and contacting the transmission TCU case. To reduce potential chafing areas, the proposed short-term containment was to route the wiring harness using additional tie straps. This communication applies to Freightliner and Western Star vehicles built with DT12 transmissions.
