Dealer Message - Honda is launching a Product Update Campaign on CERTAIN 2021 ADV150 motor scooters to supply the EM Coupler that is missing from the tool kit. As outlined on page 109 of the Owner's Manual, the motor scooter should have come equipped with this part. During production at the factory, the EM Coupler was omitted from the tool kit.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
