Vehicle report
Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Service Bulletin - When the vehicle is put into reverse, the rear camera may display a black and white image. This could occur intermittently, and can change between color display to a black and white display.

Service Bulletin - The door weatherstripping is loose or not set at the top of the door frame due to the customer grabbing the top of the door sash (to assist while entering and exiting the vehicle) and dislodging the seal.

Service Bulletin - The customer may complain of water dripping from the bottom of the rear hatch interior trim area when opened, and/or evidence of water in the cargo area along the interior of the rear hatch.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
