Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Service Bulletin - When cold-starting the engine and shifting to Reverse, the engine stalls in the first 10 to 14 seconds. There is too much oil clearance between the input and stator shafts, which allows ATF to drain out of the torque converter during extend off periods. During a cold start, when the torque converter is refilled, air gets trapped in the torque converter. This applies the lock up clutch, which stalls the engine.

Service bulletin - The ACC OFF message appears on the MID while trying to activate the ACC. Another symptom, while driving the ACC OFF message may appear and turn off the ACC. The multipurpose camera unit software misinterprets settings.

Dealer message - Some customers have reported experiencing a vibration that they primarily feel through the driver?s seat. Customers who experience the vibration have reported it may happen intermittently, either while stopped with the vehicle in gear or while driving at engine speeds below 2,200 RPM.
