Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Service Bulletin - The ACC system error message comes on while driving when outside temperatures are low/near freezing due to snow and ice getting stuck to the front of the millimeter wave radar. This can cause DTC P2583-76 (Temporary stop of Integrated Driver Support System [Misalignment Millimeter Wave Radar]) to be stored.

Service Bulletin - (Repair Procedure Revision) Due to swelling of the fuel pump motor impeller, the fuel pump may seize and stop working. If this occurs, the engine may not start, or the engine could stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Replace the fuel pump motor.

Service Bulletin - (Repair Procedure Revision) Due to swelling of the fuel pump motor impeller, the fuel pump may seize and stop working. If this occurs, the check engine light may be displayed with DTC P0087 (Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low) stored, the engine may not start, or the engine could stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Replace the fuel pump motor.

Service bulletin - On February of 2022, the 3G network will no longer support the in-vehicle services that the vehicle has previously supported. As of August 23, 2022, the Product Improvement Campaign has ended. The TCU can no longer be updated using Over The Air updates. If the customer needs to restore TCU services, the only option is to replace the TCU. This would be done as a customer pay repair.

Notice - Our records indicate that a PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT UPDATE has not been completed on this vehicle (Vehicle Identification Number [VIN NUMBER]). The date for updating vehicles was extended from February 22, 2022 to August 22, 2022. As of August 23, 2022, the 3G network will no longer support the in-vehicle services that the vehicle has previously supported. The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) using the Over the Air (OTA) update is required to connect to the VoLTE network to continue communications. Honda strongly recommends updating your vehicle as soon as possible, or risk having to replace the TCU at your cost.

Service Bulletin - American Honda is extending the warranty on the A/C condenser to 10 years from the original date of purchase with unlimited miles. This warranty extension only covers vehicles that have a defective A/C condenser from the factory. The A/C condenser was not manufactured to specification. As a result, corrosion may develop in the form of tiny holes in the condenser tube walls that allow the refrigerant to leak out. This does not apply to any vehicle that has a leaking condenser due to foreign object damage. It also does not apply to any vehicle that has ever been declared a total loss or sold for salvage by a financial institution or insurer, or has a branded or similar title under any state's law.

ServiceNews Article - We have received information from the vendor (Alpine) that display panels are being replaced for cracks on the center display screen. When they review these parts, they're finding that an aftermarket screen protector had been installed and that the screen protector is cracked. So, if you have a center display that appears to have a cracked screen, confirm that it does not have an aftermarket screen protector installed. If installed, remove it, and then check if the center display screen itself is cracked.
