STRUCTURE:BODY Recall
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2016-2026 IC Bus CESB and 2016-2021 RESB school buses. The underfloor reinforcement may not have been installed, compromising the structural integrity of the buses. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages" and 222, "School Bus Passenger Seating and Crash Protection."
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install a reinforcement channel as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 8, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25514.

FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM:FUEL RAIL Recall
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019-2021 IC Bus RE School Buses. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the rail threads, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 21, 2021. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825.

STRUCTURE:EMERGENCY:ESCAPE/EGRESS/EXIT Recall
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019-2020 IC RE and 2020 IC CE school buses equipped with feature code 48PZP, 48PZR, 48RZY, 48SXV, or 48SZG (Prolo emergency exit roof hatches). Due to a manufacturing issue, the roof hatch external handle may unexpectedly break under reasonable use.
Remedy: Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the outer handle, free of charge. The recall began October 7, 2019. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 19513.

SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:DISC:CALIPER Recall
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2016-2020 IC CE and 2019 IC RE school buses equipped with Bendix ADB 22X brake calipers. The driver side rear brakes may drag.
Remedy: Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the left rear caliper with a redesigned adjuster mechanism, free of charge. The recall began July 12, 2019. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 19506.

SERVICE BRAKES, AIR Recall
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2019 IC Bus CE and RE school buses equipped with long stroke brake chambers and spring actuated parking brakes. The spring actuated parking brake may be improperly crimped to the long stroke service brake chamber, causing a service brake air leak and the possible separation of the spring brake chamber from the service brake section.
Remedy: Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake chamber assembly, free of charge. The recall began October 23, 2018. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 18513.

STRUCTURE:EMERGENCY:ESCAPE/EGRESS/EXIT Recall
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2018-2019 IC Bus CE and 2019 IC Bus RE school buses. The release mechanism on the emergency windows may be difficult to open in an emergency situation. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
Remedy: Navistar will notify owners, and dealers will apply dry lubricant to the latch assembly, free of charge. The recall began on June 13, 2018. Owners may contact Navistar customer service at 1-800-448-7825. Navistar's number for this recall is 18508.
