Indian Motorcycle has determined that some Model Year 2023 Scout motorcycles may not have the front oxygen (O2) sensor properly connected. If the O2 sensor becomes disconnected a Check Engine Light will illuminate. To address this concern, Indian Motorcycle has released this Service Bulletin with instructions to ensure the O2 sensor is properly connected.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
