AEB WARNING WITH ONE OR MORE CURRENT DTCS STORED IN THE ADAS CONTROL UNIT 2, AND/OR THE LASER/RADAR CONTROL UNIT IF YOU CONFIRM The front radar is inoperative, the AEB warning is displayed, and one or more of the following DTCs are stored as CURRENT: · U2752-88 for “Ethernet circuit” stored in the ADAS control unit 2, · U275F-88 for “Ethernet circuit” stored in the LASER/RADAR (DISTANCE SENSOR) control unit, OR · C2589-86 for “TCM” stored in the LASER/RADAR (DISTANCE SENSOR) control unit, AND/OR · C258E-86 for “ABS” stored in the LASER/RADAR (DISTANCE SENSOR) control unit. ACTION 1. Confirm the current Distance Sensor control unit part number. 2. Reprogram the Distance Sensor control unit, if applicable. CERTIFICATION LABEL AND VIN PLATE REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement “Certification Label” or “VIN Plate/Label” may be needed. HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Infiniti by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. · The “VIN Plate/Label” (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). · The “Certification Label” (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

FRONT FASCIA POPPING OUT NEAR HEADLAMP IF YOU CONFIRM The Front Bumper Fascia is detaching from the fender under the headlamp on one/or both sides. ACTION Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin to: 1. Remove the Front Bumper Fascia. 2. Replace the affected Headlamp Bracket. 3. Replace the affected Front Bumper Fascia Side Bracket. 4. Reinstall the Front Bumper Fascia, with Betaseal (or equivalent) adhesive between the Front Bumper Fascia and the affected side Front Bumper Fascia Side Bracket.

FUEL FILLER TUBE LOWER SEAL IS LEAKING AND DTC P0456 IS STORED IN THE ECM IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle has a visible leak with a smoke machine test coming from the fuel filler tube lower seal, AND DTC P0456 is stored as “Active”, “Past”, or “Pending” in the ECM. ACTION 1. Remove the supplied funnel from the rear of the vehicle or trunk. 2. Insert the funnel completely in the fuel filler tube and remove completely five (5) times. 3. Re-check the fuel filler tube lower seal with a smoke machine to determine visually if any leak is present. 4. If the fuel filler lower seal continues to leak, replace the fuel filler tube. EXCESS DUST ENTERING CABIN WHILE DRIVING ON DIRT ROADS IF YOU CONFIRM That while driving on dirt roads with all doors and windows closed, that there is excessive dust intrusion into the vehicle’s cabin that is settling on the inside of the doors. ACTION Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE in the bulletin to: 1. Install Butyl Patches around the door seals of driver (LH) side and passenger (RH) side front and rear doors. 2. Install drain plugs into door drains of driver (LH) side and passenger (RH) side front and rear doors.

AIR CONDITIONING IS INOPERATIVE WITH LEAK FROM HIGH/LOW SIDE PIPE JUNCTION IF YOU CONFIRM The client states that the A/C is not blowing cold or is blowing warm on driver’s side vents, AND Leak detection dye is confirmed as present on the high-pressure and low-pressure A/C pipe junction blocks. HINT: See Refrigerant Leak Examples on page 2. This behavior is normal, and no repairs should be performed. When the AEB system performs an intentional shutdown, the customer may state the following: The ICC stopped working while driving, The AEB/FEB warning light is ON, or turned ON, while driving (Figure 1), The message “Unavailable Front Radar Obstruction” or “Forward Driving Aids Temporarily Disabled Front Sensor Blocked See Owner's Manual” has displayed while driving (Figure 2). TELEMATICS (IVC) SERVICE INFORMATION Vehicles equipped with factory telematics system HINT: If the client experiences Wi-Fi hotspot related concerns only, DO NOT replace the TCU. Have the client contact the AT&T Support line at 1 (888) 719-7242. See ITB12-011 for models built before those listed above. SERVICE INFORMATION The APPLIED VEHICLES are equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). The TCU communicates with the Infiniti Data Center to provide various security and convenience services. This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed properly in order to set-up and maintain the telematics system for the APPLIED VEHICLES. An Order of Completion table has been provided on the next page that lists the steps required to successfully configure a TCU after it has been replaced. A CHECK-OFF SHEET has been provided on page 16. Print and check off steps as they are completed. Staple the completed CHECK-OFF SHEET to the repair order.

VIBRATION AND/OR NOISE FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE APPLIED VEHICLES: 2022-2024 QX60 (L51) APPLIED DATES: Built on or before February 28, 2024 APPLIED DRIVETRAINS: AWD IF YOU CONFIRM A binding feeling, vibration, and/or noise coming from the rear end when turning at low speed or accelerating from a stop, AND The issue is resolved by unplugging the Actuator Assembly (AWD Actuator) on the rear Final Drive Unit. ACTION Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE below to: 1. Remove the Electro-hydraulic Coupling Assembly (AWD Coupler). 2. Clean the Coupling Oil Tank. 3. Inspect the Breather Tube and Bolt. 4. POPPING NOISE FROM FRONT SUSPENSION WHEN TURNING SERVICE INFORMATION Individual strut components are available to service specific issues that have been diagnosed in a strut assembly. If a strut has been confirmed as having a popping noise while turning, refer to the Repair Overview flow chart on page 2 to confirm that the SERVICE PROCEDURE on page 3 applies. POWER FOLDING 3RD ROW SEAT SYSTEM CALIBRATION SERVICE INFORMATION Obstructions such as unfolded headrests or objects left in the vehicle may prevent the power folding 3rd row seat from returning to the upright position under power: ï· Verify that the 3rd row seat headrests are folded forward. o If the 3rd row seat headrests are not folded forward, the headrests can contact the 2nd row seats and prevent the power folding 3rd row seat from returning upright. ï· Verify that the floor between the 2nd and 3rd row seats is clear of any obstructions. o If there are obstructions on the floor, clear the obstructions and try to move the seat upright. ï· If the 3rd row seat headrests are folded forward and there are no obstructions, perform system calibration before attempting to replace any parts. o Refer to the ESM: BODY INTERIOR > SEAT > BASIC INSPECTION > SYSTEM CALIBRATION > Work Procedure If the power folding 3rd row seat does not return upright under power after performing system calibration, refer to the ESM for further diagnosis.

The lower front seat cushion with 8-way power control may feel loose or emit a noise when seat cushion is adjusted to upward position using tilt feature.
