ENGINE NO START WITH KEY SYSTEM ERROR AND DTC B2C20-24 STORED IN THE BCM IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states the engine will not start and “Key System Error” warning is displaying in the Information Display (Combination Meter) (Figure 1), AND DTC B2C20-24 for "STARTER CONTROL RELAY" is stored in the BCM. HINT: This DTC and warning message (Figure 1) may occur if the customer does not place the vehicle in Park Gear according to the Owner’s Manual for shifter operation. ACTION 1. Confirm the current ECM part number. 2. Confirm the current TCM part number. 3. Reprogram the ECM, and then the TCM, if applicable. 4. Erase the DTCs. QUALITY ACTION CAMPAIGN BULLETIN Spare Tire Label Campaign ID: PD195 Date: April 30, 2026 Attention: Retailer Principal, Sales, Parts and Service Managers ***** Retailer Announcement ***** To ensure continued client satisfaction and confidence, INFINITI is conducting a Retailer Quality Action on certain model year 2026 INFINITI QX60 vehicles identified in Service Comm and DBS National Service History. Condition: On certain vehicles, a French-Canadian spare tire instruction label may have been incorrectly installed instead of a U.S. Federal label. Remedy: INFINITI retailers will install the correct label.

CERTIFICATION LABEL AND VIN PLATE REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement “Certification Label” or “VIN Plate/Label” may be needed. HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Infiniti by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. · The “VIN Plate/Label” (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). · The “Certification Label” (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

FRONT FASCIA POPPING OUT NEAR HEADLAMP IF YOU CONFIRM The Front Bumper Fascia is detaching from the fender under the headlamp on one/or both sides. ACTION Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin to: 1. Remove the Front Bumper Fascia. 2. Replace the affected Headlamp Bracket. 3. Replace the affected Front Bumper Fascia Side Bracket. 4. Reinstall the Front Bumper Fascia, with Betaseal (or equivalent) adhesive between the Front Bumper Fascia and the affected side Front Bumper Fascia Side Bracket.

FUEL FILLER TUBE LOWER SEAL IS LEAKING AND DTC P0456 IS STORED IN THE ECM IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle has a visible leak with a smoke machine test coming from the fuel filler tube lower seal, AND DTC P0456 is stored as “Active”, “Past”, or “Pending” in the ECM. ACTION 1. Remove the supplied funnel from the rear of the vehicle or trunk. 2. Insert the funnel completely in the fuel filler tube and remove completely five (5) times. 3. Re-check the fuel filler tube lower seal with a smoke machine to determine visually if any leak is present. 4. If the fuel filler lower seal continues to leak, replace the fuel filler tube. METAL TICKING NOISE AT B-PILLAR IF YOU CONFIRM A metallic ticking noise is coming from the driver (LH) side and/or passenger (RH) side B-Pillar when driving the vehicle on various road surfaces. VENT CONTROL VALVE IN ACTIVE TEST INOPERATIVE IN CONSULT 4 SERVICE INFORMATION An issue in CONSULT 4 has been identified in “EVAP system close” in Work support. · After selecting the "EVAP system close" in Work support, the “VENT CONTROL/V” in Active test becomes non-functional temporarily. · When selecting “EVAP system close” operation in Work support, wait 10 minutes before starting “VENT CONTROL/V” Active test or cycle the IGN switch ON/OFF for “VENT CONTROL/V” Active test to be operational. HINT: This bulletin applies to model years that use CONSULT 4 only.
