Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

If coach batteries become discharged, the module can lose its in/out stop setting causing damage to the slideout. Details instructions on replacing the module with Revision B which has a built in protection from this type of failure.

Service Campaign sent to Dealers and Customers outlining the possibility that the roof a/c mounting bolts may not have been properly tightened causing possible water infiltration and instructions to inspect/repair.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
