The instrument cluster should not be replaced based solely on the presence of stored or pending DTCs in the IPC. Replacement should only be considered if the stored or pending DTC becomes active during the troubleshooting and diagnostic process.

If the Driver/Passenger Seat Adjsuter Switch is inoperable, seat back will not move or seat moves on its own: 1.Which function is not operating properly? *Forward/Backward *Recline Forward *Recline Backward *Height Adjustment *Multiple Functions 2.Is the concern constant or Intermittent? 3.If intermittent, how often does it occur? Daily, Weekly, Randomly 4.Does the seat move on its own without pressing any switch? Yes / No 5.Does the issue occur only while driving, only at key-on, or while the vehicle is parked? 6.Has the concern occurred after the vehicle has been sitting for an extended period (overnight or several hours)? 7.Does pressing the switch multiple times temporarily restore operation? 8.Have any other seat functions or electrical features been affected at the same time? 9.Has the seat adjuster switch or seat assembly been previously repaired or replaced? Before replacing the seat adjuster switch, verify power, ground, connector engagement, wiring integrity, and inspect for blown fuses or damaged harnesses. If no external issues are found and the concern is verified, an intermittent internal switch failure should be considered.

Order a "Z" part number for all Exchange Orders, Warranty, Mopar, Customer Pay and Service Contract. Order "68" part number for New, Unsold units only. Under certain conditions, SGW Module may take longer to establish Ethernet communication after boot up. If it takes longer than 30 seconds, The TBM2.0H module will set DTC U0080 - Ethernet Bus 1. As soon as SGW responds, the TBM2.0H will demature the DTC and move it to STORED. This issue should not cause any customer related symptoms. Do not replace the following TBM Part Numbers: WL: 68639445AF,68637489AE,68663479AE. WS: 68734941AA,68729188AC. EJ: 68592344AI. KM: 68592343AL,68735975AD. DT: 68634362AJ,68624784AF,68624784AE,68735493AB,68735493AA. DJ (HDCC): 68608721AJ. If the TBM2.0H module has set the DTC U0080 and it is STORED or ACTIVE, please clear the fault and do nothing. Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ● **Will not be able to start the vehicle. ● 12V battery dead resulting in no start. ● Loss of communication between EVCU and BPCM can prevent high-voltage contactors from closing, resulting in a no-start condition. ● Powershot sometimes stuck at 0 seconds remaining which makes customer believe that Powershot is not working. ● Remote start functionality fails when the vehicle is actively charging "Charge Now" feature in app - multiple issues. ● Sometimes fails and does not close contactors, sometimes starts but CPIM lights are not commanded by EVCU and sets B12B4. ● WED closure at zero speed in case of miss at normal close speed. ● Drive-by-brake HMI message update to IPC in case of Limp Home mode. ● DTC U0594 setting after pedal learn (applicable only for plant).** ● Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC), radio range and charge time estimations and messages are not correct. ● Battery range incorrect. ● Improved battery State of Charge (SoC) accuracy in off-nominal conditions. ● Battery heating values incorrect on radio when on Performance Pages display. ● Charging does not start when plugged in. ● Charging is not indicating when battery is at full charge. ● Charging slow or takes too long. ● Bumps and jerks while accelerating or decelerating. ● Wrench icon is illuminated on the IPC. ● Turtle icon is illuminated on the IPC. ● Vehicle enters into limp home mode.
