Backlite Heated Liftgate Glass Assembly: For rear window defrost inoperative concerns where heated glass electrical tab has become detached, it is not necessary to replace the glass assembly. For loose or detached electrical tab, refer to TSB 23-007-25 for repair procedures on reattaching a loose tab. Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
