Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja H2® SX SE is equipped with the Advanced Rider Assist System (ARAS). In order to properly adjust ARAS requires the use of Kawasakiâs ARAS Radar Alignment Tool Set and KVCS. This Kawasaki special tool consists of a multi-direction laser level, front reflector and stand, front wheel stand, rear wheel reflector and white boards.

Some newly-released 2022 Kawasaki models require âservice activationâ in KVCS before delivery to the customer.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
