KSB-200305

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

Attached are the updated repair instructions for KSB-200305. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSB’s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not “do-it-yourselfers”. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystone’s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this repair is covered by warranty. This process describes how to replace a Furrion Antenna head with a Winegard 360 for Over The Air (OTA) channels.

20-375

Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions

This is the repair instructions, dealer letter, and owner letter for advisory 20-375. It has been determined certain Kinro frameless windows were manufactured with a poor adhesive bond between the glass and aluminum frame, and attachments on crank out and egress windows. The remedy is to perform a pull test on the frameless windows at the vent and replace the vent portion if the glue bond fails during the pull test.

Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
