Letter to dealers for KSB-191007. This process describes the repair where under certain temperature conditions the Norco slide cable system gearbox may leak oil/grease on the slide roof membrane. The KSB describes how to install a drip pan to prevent damage to the roof membrane, and make repairs if necessary.

This is the repair instructions for advisory 17-283. It has been determined some 2017 Raptor and Carbon models were built without removing a piece of cardboard temporarily used as protection for the return section of the furnace during the manufacturing process. The cardboard protection needs to be removed to allow the furnace to function properly.
