Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

It has been determined the vehicles subject to this service campaign may have been manufactured with the incorrect information on the Federal Identification Tag. The tag indicates tire size is 215/75R14D. The correction to the tags are as follows: Tire Size 205/75R14D
20-369
This is the repair instructions, dealer letter and owner letter for advisory 20-369. It has been determined that on certain Coleman model 17RD travel trailers, there is insufficient clearance between the axle beam and holding tank that is located above the axle. The lack of clearance may cause damage to the tank allowing its contents to leak out.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
