Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Advisory 23-446. It has been determined that the shore cord receptacle label could be incorrect on some units. The remedy is to verify the current label is correct. If incorrect stating 50 AMPERE, simply install the correct label stating 30 AMPERE on top of the incorrect label. Or, remove the incorrect label and apply the correct label. If the label is correct, no further action is required. Labels are mailed to owners and dealers.

Coleman 1748RB Fed Tag Campaign - letter & re-printed tag mailed to dealers. It has been determined the vehicles subject to this service campaign may have been manufactured with the incorrect information on the Federal Identification Tag. The tag indicates the GAWR (EACH AXLE) is 3447 KG/ 7600 LB. The corrected tags are GAWR (EACH AXLE) 2313 KG/5100 LB.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
