This process describes the repair of In-Wall slide systems that have become inoperable on one or both sides. It has been determined the vehicles in this KSB population may have been manufactured with an In-Wall Slide-Out System that may have a damaged guide shoe in the slide mechanism.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
