Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Letter to dealers for KSB-191007. This process describes the repair where under certain temperature conditions the Norco slide cable system gearbox may leak oil/grease on the slide roof membrane. The KSB describes how to install a drip pan to prevent damage to the roof membrane, and make repairs if necessary.

This is the repair instructions for advisory 17-304. It has been determined that certain Laredo Fifth Wheels, model 380MB, had incorrect spare tires installed on the unit. The Load range ?E? spare tire installed is sufficient to carry the weight capacity. This campaign is to replace the current spare tire with originally specified load range ?G? tire.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
