Revised repair instructions for KSB-221025 - This process describes how to inspect and add an End of Line Resistor (EOL) to the In-Command system that may be exhibiting erratic readings on HVAC and/or lose communication with components. It has been determined the vehicles in this KSB population may have been manufactured without the EOL resistor in the âÂÂGatewayâ located in the Roof A/C.

It has been determined the units in this KSB population may develop sidewall cracks at both front slideouts. Only units that develop a crack will require this repair, if the sidewall is not cracked, no repair is needed.

This process describes the safe and proper procedure to repair any unit which experiences a crack at the bottom corner of a slideout at the gooseneck of a 5th wheel, opening the side wall to repair broken tube welds and add reinforcement. This technical service bulletin explains how to perform the repair. Please note: A sublet will be required for aluminum welding if you do not have that capability.
