Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

In the course of continuous product improvement and further development, the control of the start relay has been improved in order to avoid isolated relay errors. The adapter cable and the additional relay must be reinstalled on the affected vehicles.

To fully exploit the potential of a Supersport motorcycle, appropriate performance tires are required. In our opinion, the Michelin Power Cup 2 best meets this requirement. The disadvantage of these tires is, that there is a low-temperature threshold at which rubber loses elasticity and becomes brittle, called the glass transition point. Rubber breakdown in the cold can manifest as a tiny crack or many larger cracks around the tire. To avoid damage, the Michelin Power Cup 2 must not be handled below 41°F ( 5°C ) in transport and storage.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
