Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

RevolutionTM Concrete Mixers is releasing a new QR code and short URL inside the cab to access the documents which were previously printed and placed in a bag inside the cab. This release will impact BridgemasterTM and Standard Mixers for McNeilus Mixers and Revolution Mixers.

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing identified an issue with over-torqued bolts on the lower ladder platform. The bolts used to secure the lower ladders to the lower ladder platform were over-torqued causing the bolts to fail. New hardware needs to be installed in placed of the over-torqued bolts.

Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
