Complete and attach the label on page two of this bulletin to the shipment. For light shipments (less than 150 lbs): Return all requested PQR parts less than 150 lbs via FedEx Ground Freight Collect using Account # 212016110. For heavy truck shipments (over 150 lbs): Contact your Product Support Manager for shipping instructions.

When replacing a fuel injector on a 4P10 engine, the injector code from the newly installed injector must be programmed into the EEC. The injector code is an eight character, alphanumeric code found etched into the plastic at the top of the injector, as shown below. When this number is entered into the EEC using the FD Tool, DO NOT include the ?D? at the end of the injector code, enter only the fi rst seven characters. If the entire code is entered, an error will be displayed stating that the code is invalid.
