Once symptoms and DTCs are confirmed, dealers should replace the following relays with anti- freezing types: ETV, A/T (CVT), injector, and starter. This bulletin supersedes TSB-18-13-003, issued December, 2018, to add Eclipse Cross, applicable Canadian models, and countermeasure dates.
