TPMS DTCs C1911, C1921, C1931, and/or C1941 were usually reported. Many dealers have been replacing the affected TPMS transmitters. Investigation results of the replaced transmitters are "NTF"(no trouble found). The notice references the Service Manual diagnostic procedure for the TPMS transmitter. The Service Manual states, "the TPMS transmitter which cannot be checked may be faulty or the ID code may not be registered, thus do not replace it, but register the ID code. If the transmitter is faulty, it is replaced in the ID code registration process."
