This TSB instructs dealers to replace the second row right side seat belt buckle with a new part, which has been shortened by 14 mm to prevent the center seat belt buckle from covering the right side seat belt buckle, and install the countermeasure second row center seat belt buckle.

This in turn may cause the damaged urethane material to turn to powder and fall on the floor carpet. This TSB provides a repair procedure to replace the damaged seat cushion pad, and apply tape on the frame to help prevent future damage.
