Winegard has identified an issue with some Trav’ler Pro products when the auto-stow feature is enabled. In a specific scenario, when the auto-stow feature is active, the firmware may occasionally encounter difficulty in recognizing the stowed position. This bulletin supersedes bulletin (607T) now that Winegard has released the firmware update for a complete resolution.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
