Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

Letter to dealers announcing an upcoming safety recall for all 2022 and 2023 Tre BEV vehicles. The letter also gave information on the dealers immediate responsibility for vehicles in their inventory. Dearlers will be formally notified of the safety recall launch and corrective procedure by way of established communication methods. The remedy conditions and parts are estimated to be available the week of November 11th.
