MIL ON WITH DTC P0181 STORED IN THE ECM IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states the MIL is ON but the vehicle does not have any drivability concerns or reduced power message in the combination meter, AND DTC P0181 for “Fuel Tank Temperature” is stored in either “Past” or “Current” in the ECM. ACTION Follow the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin to: 1. Replace the fuel temperature sensor. 2. Erase all the DTCs.

CERTIFICATION LABEL AND VIN PLATE REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement “Certification Label” or “VIN Plate/Label” may be needed. HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Nissan by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. · The “VIN Plate/Label” (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). · The “Certification Label” (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

ENGINE NO START WITH KEY SYSTEM ERROR AND DTC B2C20-24 STORED IN THE BCM IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states the engine will not start and “Key System Error” warning is displaying in the Information Display (Combination Meter) (Figure 1), AND DTC B2C20-24 for "STARTER CONTROL RELAY" is stored in the BCM. Figure 1 HINT: This DTC and warning message (Figure 1) may occur if the customer does not place the vehicle in Park Gear according to the Owner’s Manual for shifter operation. ACTION 1. Confirm the current ECM part number. 2. Confirm the current TCM part number. 3. Reprogram the ECM, and then the TCM, if applicable. 4. Erase the DTCs. FUEL FILLER TUBE LOWER SEAL IS LEAKING AND DTC P0456 IS STORED IN THE ECM IF YOU CONFIRM The vehicle has a visible leak with a smoke machine test coming from the fuel filler tube lower seal, AND DTC P0456 is stored as “Active”, “Past”, or “Pending” in the ECM. ACTION 1. Remove the supplied funnel from the rear of the vehicle or trunk. 2. Insert the funnel completely in the fuel filler tube and remove completely five (5) times. 3. Re-check the fuel filler tube lower seal with a smoke machine to determine visually if any leak is present. 4. If the fuel filler lower seal continues to leak, replace the fuel filler tube. VENT CONTROL VALVE IN ACTIVE TEST INOPERATIVE IN CONSULT 4 SERVICE INFORMATION An issue in CONSULT 4 has been identified in “EVAP system close” in Work support. · After selecting the "EVAP system close" in Work support, the “VENT CONTROL/V” in Active test becomes non-functional temporarily. · When selecting “EVAP system close” operation in Work support, wait 10 minutes before starting “VENT CONTROL/V” Active test or cycle the IGN switch ON/OFF for “VENT CONTROL/V” Active test to be operational. HINT: This bulletin applies to model years that use CONSULT 4 only.

ACTION Date: October 2, 2025 To: FOMs, DOMs, RAMs, & RGMs Subject: LAUNCH PD172 PMA55 Multi Model Monroney Bumper Label – QA – Dealer Announcement and Procedure ACTION: FOMs & DOMs are asked to ensure that dealers are aware of this new campaign information. Dealer Announcement: To ensure continued customer satisfaction and confidence, Nissan is conducting a quality action on certain specific model year 2025 ARIYA, 2024-2025 Pathfinder, 2024-2026 Rogue, 2024-2025 Murano and 2025-2026 Kicks vehicles, as identified in Service Comm and DBS National Service History. This action updates the Monroney labels to reflect corrected bumper labeling requirements for California and Hawaii. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Nissan will send VIN-specific corrected labels to address affected vehicles in dealer inventory. New labels will begin shipping via Federal Express Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Dealers will replace original Monroney labels with corrected Monroney labels. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do: PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. PD172 & PMA55 •New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information •Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for applicability. 2.Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this quality action. 3.Use the attached procedure to remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action prior to sale. 4.If you have exchanged or traded one of the affected vehicles to another Nissan dealer, please forward the corrected Monroney label to the current dealer upon receipt so it can be attached to the vehicle. •If a vehicle has been retailed, dispose of the corrected Monroney label using the same procedure as for destroying the original Monroney label. 5.The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed to close the campaign in Service Comm and release the vehicle.

CLICKING NOISE WHEN OPENING DRIVER DOOR SERVICE INFORMATION If a popping / clicking noise is present from one or more of the Door Check Links (Figure 1) when opening the associated door: First confirm that the torque of the door side mounting bolts of the related Door Check Link is at the correct specification, and then retest for popping / clicking before considering replacing the Door Check Link. • Refer to the ESM: BODY EXTERIOR, DOORS, ROOF & VEHICLE SECURITY - DOOR & LOCK - REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - DOOR - DOOR CHECK LINK • There are two (2) door side mounting bolts per door and a total of eight (8) per vehicle.

ECM REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE REQUIRED FOR RES EQUIPPED VEHICLES SERVICE INFORMATION If any of the APPLIED VEHICLES equipped with Remote Engine Start (RES) requires Engine Control Module (ECM) replacement, the Body Control Module (BCM) must be replaced also at the same time. If you are not familiar with the Re/programming, Configuration procedure, refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) and the CONSULT Operation Manual to reprogram the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Follow all precautions in both manuals to prevent possible personal injury or death and/or damage to the ECU.  This procedure will go back and forth between the ECM and BCM steps as found in the ESM.  Damage will occur requiring the ECM and the BCM to be replaced a second time if the following SERVICE PROCEDURE is not followed. Perform the following steps from the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) in this order: A. Perform “Work Procedure (Before Replacing ECM)” to save the ECM data. B. Remove the ECM. C. Remove the BCM. D. Install the new BCM and then perform “Additional Service When Replacing BCM - Work Procedure” up to and including “Register of Vehicle Identification Number”. E. Install the new ECM and then perform “Additional Service When Replacing ECM - Work Procedure (After Replacing ECM)” up to and including “Writing MAC Key for ECM”. F. Complete the “Additional Service When Replacing BCM - Work Procedure”. G. Complete the “Additional Service When Replacing ECM - Work Procedure (After Replacing ECM)”.

LICENSE PLATE FRAME INTERFERENCE TO REAR BUMPER IF YOU CONFIRM A license plate frame does not sit flush and is making contact at bottom edge when installed to the Rear Bumper, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
