PARKING BRAKE:CONVENTIONAL:AIR Recall
Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2024-2025 LFS transit buses. The emergency brake valve may have been improperly tightened. A loose connection may cause an air leak and the unintentional activation of the parking brake.
Remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and properly tighten the air line connections as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 21, 2026. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus's number for this recall is CR5494.

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2022-2025 LFS transit buses. The telemetry control unit installed in parallel with the vehicle monitoring system may cause a data overload.
Remedy: Nova Bus will modify the connection configuration and update the software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 29, 2026. VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR:CRITICAL FASTENERS Recall
Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2025 LFS and 2024 LFS Artic transit buses. Inadequate adhesion around the window frame may cause the glass to detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
Remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the glass as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is CR5877. Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2021 and 2024-2025 LFS transit buses. The impeller shaft may be loose, causing the cooling pump to fail.
Remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the pump as necessary, free of charge. SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE Recall
Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2024-2025 LFS transit buses. The driver's seat belt may be pinched by the partition, preventing seat belt from retract properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
Remedy: Nova Bus will adjust the seat base plate, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410.
