Parts and repair procedures are now available. Certain chassis may have a rear suspension tracking rod that interferes with the left rear brake valve components during full suspension travel. This interference could cause a loss of the rear service brake or ABS modulation for one rear axle wheel end, increasing the risk of a crash.

Vehicles equipped with PACCAR MX engines with Engine Software Version NA202 or NA206 may display a dash STOP lamp incorrectly. Safety Recall Updated software and procedures are now available. Certain Vehicle Model Year 2021-2025 Peterbilt chassis configured for trailer towing require a software update for the Bendix EC80 ABS ECU. Software update procedures for certain Battery-Electric Vehicles (BEV) and EC80 ABS ECU part numbers are not yet available. Service Bulletin/Repair Instructions
Fix As Fail Approximately 150 chassis built with an Allison 6th Gen 4500 series 6-speed transmission were assembled with the incorrect transmission harness. A procedure to re-pin transmission harness has been developed. Fix-as-Fail start date is 09/18/2024.
