Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

A new Recommended Repair has been added. It must be used if safety recall 25PACF is performed prior to or at the same time as this repair since the 25PACF remedy also satisfies this safety recall.
25PBE
Parts and repair procedures are now available. Certain chassis may have a rear suspension tracking rod that interferes with the left rear brake valve components during full suspension travel. This interference could cause a loss of the rear service brake or ABS modulation for one rear axle wheel end, increasing the risk of a crash.
Complaint counts are reports filed with NHTSA, not failure rates. A common model collects more of them than a rare one that breaks more often.
