Technical service bulletins are instructions a manufacturer sent its dealers about a known fault. They are not recalls and the work is usually not free, but they are the clearest signal of a problem the manufacturer already knows about.

This is a TJ - Text Only - No attachments - If the software version displayed in the CSD is not aligned with the actual software version installed in the vehicle (this may occur after a failed software download), and no Total Upgrade is available in VIDA, follow the instructions under "Service". Note! Do not replace any parts. A software product is available to align the software version in the CSD with the actual software version installed in the vehicle. Use "manual order" as Software Product is not visible in VIDA.

This is a TJ Text only no attachment - Complaints about poor or degraded sound quality are not covered by this Technical Journal (TJ) and must be reported separately via a Nebula report. DO NOT replace any parts due to No Phone Sound issue.
 Partial improvements and extended diagnostic collections have been introduced in software release (1.4.12 SW). Please perform a software upgrade according to TJ 35361. If any issues remain after the upgrade, report them so we can collect logs and Nebula reports for further analysis.

 1. Disconnect the affected step-in lamps from its connector and wait for one minute
 2. Reconnect the lamp and then run the service function “Auto-addressing Interior Illumination” using VIDA.
 If this resolves the issue, release the car to the customer.
 If the issue persists, replace the affected step-in lights.
