 *3. Check the tailgate switch batch number according to attachment (TJ37247_2.jpg). If the switch is from a batch earlier than 250808 replaced the part.

 After this has been installed, confirm that the car can now be started and driven.

This is a Technical Journal: Unable to Unlock the Car via Keyfob or NFC. . Remove and install the fuse of VGM to see if it solves the issue. If not, proceed to step 2.
 2. Disconnect the 12V battery to see if this resolves the issue. If not, proceed to step 3.
 3. Replace VGM.
